Last Thursday, the Miami Heat held themselves out of NBA Trade Deadline discussions, just one day after sending KZ Okpala to Oklahoma City.

After finalizing the Okpala deal, the Heat were able to amend protections for Oklahoma City’s 2023 first-round pick, which affords Miami the availability to trade their future first-round selections by this offseason.

One intriguing prospect that could fall anywhere in between – is 6’8″ UCLA forward, Peyton Watson.
